A senior leadership vision forum · proposal

Marriott Luxury, 2030.

A two-day forum to set the vision and the goals for the next decade of luxury, designed and facilitated by hoteliers who have led these brands.

Introduced by Sandeep Walia  ·  August 2026  ·  Private and confidential
Our point of view
The new luxury is friction removed, and time handed back.

To the guest, it is service that anticipates, with nothing in the way. To the team, it is the busywork lifted so their hours go to the guest. Every part of this forum works toward that.

The opportunity · already inside Marriott

Marriott already contains the future of luxury.

Intimacy at scale

295m+ Bonvoy members give Marriott unmatched reach. Luxury value comes from turning recognition into discretion, context and genuine relationship.

A lifetime relationship

Residences, yachts and owner recognition extend Marriott’s relationship from individual stays into how clients travel, live and belong.

The Bulgari precedent

Bulgari shows how scarcity, cultural codes, dining and design can translate into hospitality without losing brand authority.

New value pools

Lefay, branded living, wellbeing and AI-led discovery show that Luxury 2030 will be shaped far beyond the hotel room.

Luxury 2030 is not a blank-sheet exercise. It is how Marriott turns scale into intimacy, and portfolio breadth into distinction.
The proposal

Two days to align on 2030, and leave with goals.

Designed for Tina’s meeting in Italy, and shaped with your team so the agenda is yours.
Why us

Facilitated by people who have led your brands.

The design · a hands-on workshop

We design 2030 with them, hands-on.

AI immersion
First, everyone gets fluent. The whole room goes hands-on with AI, building a shared language and genuinely new skills before we design anything.
Empathise
Start with the guest. Design thinking from the outside in: the 2030 high-net-worth traveller and the frontline reality.
Define
Sharpen the promise. The brand promises worth carrying into the decade, made distinct.
Design with AI
Ideate and prototype. Leaders design future experiences live, using AI as the design partner.
Commit
Own the outcome. Each leader leaves with a prototyped direction and goals they set themselves.
A design-led workshop, extremely hands-on. Leaders leave with new AI skills and a 2030 vision they built themselves.
The principle · AI stays behind the curtain

The guest never meets the machine.

In luxury the machine stays out of sight. AI absorbs the admin and surfaces the guest’s story, so people, never bots, deliver hyper-personalisation at scale. The same payroll moves from the back office to the front, where the relationship is made.

The guest

Preferences, history and cues surfaced for the team, so every touch feels anticipated and entirely human.

The team

Digital PA to the GM, rostering, onboarding. Strip the admin so people spend their hours with the guest.

The top line

Forecasting, dynamic pricing, menu engineering. Turn insight into revenue the room can feel.

The back of house

Night-audit auditor, accounts, IT and reporting. Automate the admin the guest never sees, and free the people.

The through-line: keep the machine behind the curtain, and use it to free the team and arm them with the guest’s story. People deliver the hyper-personalisation.
